Missing 15-year-old girl located, alert canceled Lariana Velez, 15, found, officials say

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A missing child alert for a 15-year-old girl last seen in Sanford was canceled after she was found “in good health,” according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the alert, 15-year-old Lariana Velez was last seen in the area of the 100 block of Eslinger Way, which is in the area of the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials with the sheriff’s office said that Velez had just been released by the Juvenile Assessment Center when she “fled from her parents on foot.”
