Fire damages house on Dixon Avenue in Titusville

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – Fire damaged a Titusville home Tuesday night, but no one was injured, officials said.

The fire broke out around 7 p.m. on Dixon Avenue.

The Titusville Fire Department said crews arrived and found flames and smoke pouring from the carport area. The fire then spread to the house.

Fire officials said the homeowner was outside and was not injured.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
