SUMTER COUNTY, Fla. – UPDATE: Addisyn Brown has been located safe, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
ORIGINAL STORY: Sumter County deputies are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl who was last seen in the Nobleton area, according to the sheriff’s office.
Addisyn Brown was last seen around 9 p.m. Wednesday in the area of County Road 645 near Nobleton and is believed to have left on foot, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office said on social media.
Brown is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 120 pounds with light-brown hair past her shoulders and amber eyes, the sheriff’s office said.
She was last seen wearing pajama pants and a dark-colored shirt, according to the post. Brown may also have a black-and-white backpack and a flowered bag with her, the post states, adding it’s ultimately unknown what she could be wearing at the time of this report.
Be aware the Sheriffs Office does have K9 tracking in the area, helicopter and drones in the air.
