Rebel Sky Entertainment is led by Creative Director Brandi Dolendo and Music Director Troy Dolendo. Both have built global careers for themselves.
Brandi said Central Florida launched their international careers. The pandemic brought them back home, and that’s when they got married.
“We knew there were artists—like us—who didn’t fit into the usual boxes. Women. LGBTQIA+ voices. Performers from all kinds of backgrounds with stories to tell and fire to bring. So we created Rebel Sky to give them a stage—and to give event planners, theaters, and even theme parks an option when they want something that actually feels fresh, raw, and real," said Brandi.
“We’re here to help expand the canvas. Central Florida already has a rich entertainment landscape —what we want to do is add new colors to it. Our goal is to create space for artistic expression that feels personal, current, and deeply human,” Brandi went on to say.
She said the upcoming show is more than just a showcase.
“Our goal is to reach the people shaping entertainment in this city—bookers, agents, theme parks, theaters, and convention producers—and offer them something that breaks the routine. Because it’s not just the audience that’s ready for something new. Event planners and even returning tourists are hungry for fresh, world-class experiences that feel different from what they’ve seen before.
Here’s a list of the performances along with their description:
Femme7 – A powerhouse vocal group made up of five fierce female performers—each a soloist in her own right—united to redefine what strength, beauty and talent look like in today’s entertainment industry. Featuring original arrangements by Rebel Sky Entertainment of iconic covers like “You Don’t Own Me,” “Chandelier,” “If I Were a Boy,” and “Freedom,” Femme7 blends tight five-part harmonies, striking visuals and choreography to create a bold, emotionally charged live show.
Osaka Fall – This band transforms familiar tunes with glam rock swagger, disco grooves and unexpected twists. They delve into deep cuts, reimagine ballads and infuse every performance with high-octane energy. Their eclectic setlist ensures that audiences experience a show that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly original. With over 175 songs in their arsenal, they blend styles seamlessly—from funk-infused classics to reinterpreted modern hits—delivering unforgettable, genre-defying musical experiences
Crossing the Classics – Four classically trained vocalists with an accessible, modern sound reimagine iconic hits from rock legends to operatic greats. From the electrifying energy of David Bowie and Prince to the soaring melodies of Andrea Bocelli and Pavarotti, this show blends genres in a way that’s fresh, powerful and unforgettable.
Groove Royalty – Led by Argentine percussionist Pablo Aragona, who blends the rich traditions of Argentinian percussion with a bold American edge, this high-energy drumming group fuses global rhythms with improvisation and a one-of-a-kind hand signal system. Joined by talented guest artists, including guitarists, bassists, horn players and dynamic singers and rappers, they create an explosive, genre-blending experience.
The Maestro – A non-verbal, high-octane MC who sings but never speaks. From “Pure Imagination” to “Magic Man” and “Welcome to the Jungle,” his setlist blends theatrical flair with rock-and-roll grit and unexpected club energy. Whether soaring through “It’s Oh So Quiet” or belting “Euphoria” like it’s a personal anthem, The Maestro doesn’t just host—he commands the experience with vocals alone.
“The Uprising Showcase” is on Tuesday, June 10 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at DGBEK Studios. Tickets are $15.
