Moore is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 163 pounds with brown eyes and dyed black hair. Authorities believe that Ava-Colleen may stay in the local area or traveling to surrounding cities in Florida.
“(Her mother) is devastated that she wasn’t by Ava-Colleen’s side for her birthday on Saturday. What should have been a joyful celebration was instead a heartbreaking reminder that her daughter is still missing,” the release states.
