Bonilla-Moran initially entered the U.S. illegally at or near Pharr, Texas, around April 8, 2014, without inspection by an immigration officer, the release states.
Officials said they served him an order of expedited removal and removed him on May 7, 2014.
Bonilla-Moran is accused of again illegally re-entering the U.S. after his first removal at an unknown date and location.
According to the release, Bonilla-Moran “will be presented to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida for prosecution.”
ICE officials said that the Florida Highway Patrol and FBI assisted in the arrest.
