FDLE agents conduct raid at Apopka home

APOPKA, Fla. – Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and other agencies raided a home in Apopka on Thursday morning.

News 6 was contacted by a viewer who said there was a large law enforcement scene along a residential street north of Lester Road, east of State Road 429.

At least a dozen agents from FDLE were spotted going in and out of the home, and at one point, authorities loaded a computer into one of their vehicles.

In a statement from FDLE, agents were on site as part of an active investigation, and there’s no additional information to share.

The investigation is ongoing.
