WINTER PARK, Fla. – A Winter Park man was arrested Saturday after police were called out about an argument between neighbors where one was armed with an ax and a chain.
The incident happened at a home on the 200 block of Tyree Lane, just south of Aloma Avenue, just before 5 p.m. Saturday. Police at the time told News 6 that officers were investigating a reported aggravated assault.

Police say when they got to the house, the suspect, Anthony Walker, 42, retreated into his house and refused to talk to police for an extended period.
After several communication attempts, police say Walker came out and was arrested without incident.
No injuries have been reported, but Walker is facing charges of aggravated assault with a weapon with a victim over 65 years of age, arson, criminal mischief, trespassing and resisting without violence.
