ORLANDO, Fla. – Creative City Project is back with a new show being added to its lineup of events.
Presented by Massey Services and produced in collaboration with Play The Moment, “Anthology: Elemental” invites guests to explore the five classical elements: earth, water, air, fire and spirit.

Throughout the 70-minute experience, each themed poetic performance will be complemented with a custom cocktail. The goal is to create a multisensory journey through story and flavor. The atmospheric tone will be set by the jazzy sounds of the Thomas Milovac Trio.
“Anthology: Elemental” first debuted in 2014.
“This show was conceived more than a decade ago and has taken a few forms. But it has always had the same main elements - literature, cocktails and jazz,” explained Cole NeSmith, founder and artistic director of Creative City Project.
“That first year, we did it at the former SNAP Orlando gallery when it was on Colonial Drive. We collaborated with local writers who wrote short fiction stories. We had a cocktail pro make cocktails inspired by the stories. And then it all came together with the Cook Trio. Over the years, we’ve done two other live versions of ‘Anthology,’ and all of them have been a great success,” he went on.
NeSmith said this year the show will be going in a more theatrical direction with director Aradhana Tiwari, who’s with Play The Moment.
“Behind the scenes, it’s been a truly organic and collaborative process. We’ve worked in layers—gathering poems, devising movement, building soundscapes, and shaping each section like a mini-show within the larger piece. Every rehearsal feels like alchemy. The team brings so much heart and artistry, and together we’ve crafted something that feels deeply rooted and wildly alive," Tiwari said.
“‘Elemental’ invites people to slow down, breathe deeply and feel something real. Something essential. In a time when we’re so often fragmented and distracted, I hope this piece reminds audiences that presence is a sacred act, and that beauty and meaning are still available in the moment," Tiwari shared.
Tickets are $35 per person, which include four 3 oz. cocktail tastings. This seated event is for ages 21 and up.

NeSmith also mentioned later this year, Creative City Project will be celebrating its sixth anniversary of Dazzling Nights at Leu Gardens. He said once again, the holiday event will be the largest Dazzling Nights yet.
