They say Rosario got into an argument with the victim over a bill for drinks the victim said had not been served. According to the victim, Rosario became angrier after a manager got involved and fixed the bill. According to an arrest affidavit, the victim said Rosario began sweeping the floor next to him and continued to insult him.

Rosario then allegedly began talking about the victim’s mother and tried to get the victim to go outside. The victim told police he tried to avoid Rosario, but eventually they did go outside and argued some more, and that’s when Rosario allegedly made another comment about the victim’s mother, and the victim threw a punch.

Then the victim told police he felt several quick hits to the back and when he got up, he realized he was bleeding.

Police say Rosario delivered 10 puncture wounds with a knife to the victim’s back and head.

Rosario is being held without bond.
