According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, the victims — a 40-year-old man who was driving the Ford Expedition and his cousin, a 39-year-old man — were traveling on Cypress Parkway when the road-rage incident happened with another vehicle.

Both vehicles stopped at one point and the shooter went up to the Ford Expedition and yelled at the driver, who also got out of the vehicle, deputies said. The shooter threatened the 40-year-old driver with a gun, according to authorities.
