17-year-old killed in Orange County shooting, deputies say Shooting reported in 4900 block of Keith Place

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed on Friday evening, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they responded to the 4900 block of Keith Place around 6 p.m. in reference to the shooting.
According to a news release, deputies located the teen who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Saturday, deputies said.

The boy was identified as Jahriel Huertas.
No other information was released.
