ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – A 70-year-old disabled man reported missing out of Altamonte Springs has been located, according to police.
Efrain Martinez, who was reported missing by his wife around noon Wednesday, was found in good health and has returned to his family, the Altamonte Springs Police Department said in a series of statements.
