Massey Services pest control vehicle struck by bullets

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police on Friday flocked to a condo complex after a reported shooting.

The incident took place at the Dockside at Ventura condominiums at Woodgate Boulevard and Curry Ford Road, where officers responded around 9:30 a.m., the Orlando Police Department said in a statement.

The officers located a victim who was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, the statement reads.

Police have not released any additional details, but video from the scene shows crime scene tape surrounding a parking lot, with several OPD vehicles nearby.

Photos (see below) also show a Massey Services pest control vehicle that was struck by bullets.

According to a Massey Services official, a company employee was making a service call at the complex and observed two people arguing.

The argument escalated and one male shot at another, the company official said.

The person who was being shot at jumped through an open window of the Massey pickup truck, and the employee drove away as the other person kept firing, the company official said.

The Massey employee was not injured, the company said.

No other details have been released.
