Miller reversed and then struck the victim’s vehicle again before driving down I-95 at 30 mph, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies located Miller and pulled her over to conduct a DUI investigation. When deputies asked for Miller’s ID, they spotted “an almost empty bottle of Fireball on the passenger seat,” the sheriff’s office said.

Miller’s breath test showed a .173 and .169, the sheriff’s office said.

She faces charges of DUI, leaving the scene of a crash with damage, and DUI with damage to property.
