According to the release, St. Clair followed the children’s father to the location and removed the children from the vehicle when he went inside the store before fleeing the scene.

Police said St. Clair is the children’s mother but is prohibited from contacting them under a Department of Children and Families court order. She also has an active felony warrant for drug possession.

The two children, ages 5 and 7, were found safe and reunited with their father, police said. St. Clair was taken into custody in Seminole County.
