Orlando Fringe unveils lineup for 10th anniversary ‘Winter Mini-Fest’

ORLANDO, Fla.Orlando Fringe has announced the full schedule for its 10th anniversary "Winter Mini-Fest," a condensed version of its annual May festival, set for Jan. 7–11, 2026, inside Orlando Shakes.

The Winter Mini-Fest, formerly known as FESTN4, offers a curated, small-scale Fringe experience designed to bridge the gap between the organization’s larger spring festival.

The 2026 lineup features more than 20 shows over four consecutive days, including returning favorites, new works from established Fringe artists and pieces from emerging creators scouted from national and international Fringe circuits.

“Curating this milestone year meant honoring a decade of bold, intimate, risk-taking work while lifting up the new voices shaping our future,” Artistic Director Tempestt Halstead said. “This lineup brings together emerging creators and brand-new work from returning favorites. Each piece will leave you wanting more.”

The Winter Mini-Fest will be held at Orlando Shakes located at 812 Rollins St.

All performances run 70 minutes or less. Tickets are $15, and attendees must purchase a $3 festival button for entry.

Orlando Fringe also announced upcoming dates for its 2026 events: “Colin Mochrie & Friends: A Fab Fringe Fundraiser” on April 6, and the 35th Annual Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival that will run from May 12–25.

The organization said it produces the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival, the longest-running Fringe festival in the United States and the largest performing arts festival in Central Florida. Its mission centers on providing cost-effective platforms and equitable opportunities for live performance and visual arts, with a commitment to remaining unjuried, uncensored, inclusive and accessible. All ticket revenue is returned to participating artists.
