ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Law enforcement officers were seen preparing to serve a warrant in an Orange County neighborhood after a viewer tipped News 6 about a large police presence that began near a playground.
News 6 crews arrived at the scene and observed a tactical vehicle, multiple undercover vehicles, two Orange County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicles and Florida Department of Law Enforcement officers near the playground in a neighborhood near the intersection of Central Florida Parkway and John Young Parkway.
According to officers on scene, the teams were preparing to serve a warrant. Once they began moving, law enforcement traveled to a home at 11403 Darlington Drive, where officers entered the residence.
FDLE officers pulled three adults and three children from the home. Two of the adults were placed in handcuffs.
News 6 has reached out to both the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for additional information about the operation and the nature of the warrant. No further details have been released.
