ORLANDO, Fla. – Travel + Leisure Co., a company that runs several vacation club lines, including Worldmark by Wyndham and Margaritaville Vacation Club, celebrated the opening of its new global headquarters in downtown Orlando on Wednesday.

The relocation brings more than 900 associates to the city center and represents a capital investment exceeding $36 million. According to the company, the move reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to Orlando and its growing role as a hub for corporate leadership and talent.

The company claims the designed headquarters supports collaboration, innovation, wellness, and a modern hybrid workforce.

Mayor Buddy Dyer told News 6 it also contributes to downtown revitalization and economic growth.

“I think this may be the biggest, largest amount of employees that we have ever brought in one big swoop. EA was a large number, but this is a little bit bigger, so exciting,” he said. “What it means is people that are not only working here but are part of our culture here in downtown.”
