COCOA BEACH, Fla. – Last week, millions of documents were released by the U.S. Justice Department in an effort to comply with a law requiring it to open its investigative files on Jeffrey Epstein.
As part of this document dump, News 6 has uncovered an FBI report that links Epstein to a strip club and restaurant in Central Florida.
The document — dated July 8, 2019 — details a report made to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center about Epstein’s child trafficking offenses in the Sunshine State.
While much of the report is redacted, it mentions a member of the Warlocks Motorcycle Club: a man only referred to as “Boodan.”

“Boodan was an active member of the Warlocks who also was seen regularly with Epstein at various other locations to include the docks and strip clubs in the area,” the report reads. “Boodan was never seen at [REDACTED] with Epstein.”
In addition, the document says Boodan and Epstein supposedly spent time with another individual dubbed “Miserable George,” who was the club’s official photographer at the time.
“She always saw Epstein, Boodan and Miserable George with what she described as ‘young girls’ and now would refer to them ‘as babies,’” the report continues. ”She noticed they always spent their time with younger girls and would ‘hook the girls up with Miserable George.’"
According to investigators, the bars and strip clubs the trio frequented included the following:
- The Grill — A place where cruise ships embarked, where the reporter described hearing Disney music always playing
- Cheaters — A strip club in Cocoa Beach
- Other upscale docks and marinas

The document further adds that the woman who reported the information though it was “unusual” to see a Warlock member at these types of areas, as they were known to be “blue-collar types or middle-class types, not rich.”
“Additionally, [REDACTED] said it was a common belief that Boodan lived off of a royalty or something similar because he always had money, owned the expensive motorcycles, went on all the rides, and never works,” the report concludes. “She believes Boodan was arrested for crimes against young girls sometime after she returned to [REDACTED] due to [REDACTED].”
The name “Boodan” only seems to appear in one other Epstein file: a hotline tracker worksheet with a listed call on July 9, 2019. In that document, a caller apparently said she had seen Boodan and Epstein together with “younger girls” at various docks and strip clubs.
That report also mentions a 2014 arrest “for sex acts with a minor in 2014 in Florida.” However, the document appears to have redacted Boodan’s real name.
