Orange County Sheriff’s Office unveils newest vehicle in its fleet — an ice cream truck. Here’s how it was purchased

Free ice cream? From sheriff's deputies? Yep. – The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has a new and very unique vehicle in its fleet.

The sheriff’s office posted Friday on X that it purchased an ice cream truck!

“OCSO has a new ice cream truck, purchased with money seized from drug dealers. We’re turning money meant for bad into something good for our community,” the post stated.

The sheriff’s office said it will hand out free ice cream.
