The affidavit for Daniels’ arrest warrant states the Orlando Police Department responded around 3 a.m. Feb. 18 to take a written statement from the alleged victim, who said she and Daniels were in a romantic dating relationship for around four months before she ended it in December 2025 and made clear that she did not want to mend things or stay in contact.
The victim said that Daniels harassed her, continuously calling and texting her to the point that she had to block his number, only for Daniels to then use other numbers to continue contacting her, the affidavit states.
Daniels is further accused of harassing the alleged victim in person. She told police that Daniels was seen multiple times sitting in his vehicle in her apartment complex’s parking lot and knocking on her door — at one point demanding that she return gifts he had given her — as well as that she witnessed an Orlando police Tahoe follow her when she exited her complex and park outside of the building as if in wait.
During one phone call between them, the victim said that Daniels refused to leave her alone and told her that he would kick her door down, according to the affidavit. Daniels showed up at her door at least once since that threat was made, the affidavit states.
(The victim) provided multiple Ring videos on different days in January and February, which show Daniels knocking on (her) door and loitering outside. On one instance, January 19, 2026, Daniels knocks on (her) door and conceals himself on the side of the door. Another instance, on February 4, 2026, Daniels is outside her door for approximately 30 minutes. The video contains audio in which (she) asks Daniels to leave over twenty times and tells him she will call the police because she is in fear of her life. Daniels stands in front of her door for thirty minutes asking for his property back. (She) can be heard telling him they got each other gifts - when they were dating - and she is not returning it. A third instance, on February 8, 2026, at approximately 1953 hours, Daniels knocks on (her) door while he has roses and chocolates for her. (She) does not answer the door, and Daniels returns later on the same date at approximately 2315 hours with the same roses and chocolates. (She) can be heard through the Ring camera repeatedly telling Daniels to leave, she does not want his flowers. Daniels eventually leaves after a few minutes of knocking on the door.
