CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX’s Falcon 9 is targeting the launch of 29 Starlink satellites to low Earth orbit on Friday.

The mission is set to lift off from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station with a launch window of 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This will be the first stage booster’s sixth flight; it previously launched five Starlink missions.

Following stage separation, the booster is expected to attempt a landing on the droneship Just Read the Instructions, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

The mission could lift off in the pre-dawn hours, a timing that sometimes creates an unusual sky display known colloquially as a “space jellyfish.”
