CLERMONT, Fla. – Florida is issuing a Missing Child Alert for a 12-year-old girl from Clermont, believed to be traveling to connect with someone she met online.
The FDLE is looking for Sofia Prendiville, who was last seen on Friday in the area of Olympia Court, off Superior Boulevard and U.S. Highway 27, north of U.S. 192.

Prendiville has brown hair with purple coloring and brown eyes. She’s 5′6″ tall, and was last seen wearing a cream sweater, black pants and a small black backpack.
FDLE believes she may have traveled from the Orlando area to Miami on a bus to meet with an unidentified person she met online.
