ORLANDO, Fla. – The NFL is set to vote on a proposal to move the Jacksonville Jaguars to Orlando for the 2027 season on Tuesday.

The relocation would be temporary, as the Jaguars’ stadium undergoes renovations.

Camping World Stadium is undergoing a $400 million renovation that will bring capacity to 65,000 seats, add a new community event center, and include a retractable stage for concerts.

The renovation was approved by the Orlando City Council last year, and officially began just over a month ago.

The target completion date is summer 2027.

The renovation makes it a prime destination to host NFL games.

It wouldn’t be the first time NFL players descended on the City Beautiful, as the previous Pro Bowl games have been held in Orlando.

Florida Citrus Sports is hosting a watch party at 5 p.m. at Orlando City Hall Plaza for Tuesday’s NFL vote.
