KISSIMMEE, Fla – Two people were arrested following a Kissimmee Police Department animal cruelty investigation after officers found 24 dogs — including multiple puppies — in unsafe conditions inside a vehicle, police said.
Officers said the dogs were removed from the vehicle with help from Osceola County Animal Services and are now receiving care.
