Teen reported missing after disappearance in Lake County, deputies announce

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – A 16-year-old has been reported missing after he disappeared in Lake County earlier this week, according to the sheriff’s office.

In a release, deputies said that the teen — identified as Jonathan Matthews — was last seen on Tuesday in the Eustis area of County Road 44A and Huff Road.

Matthews is described as being a White male; standing 5 feet, 6 inches; weighing 140 pounds; and having hazel eyes and brown hair.
