Alligator captured at park. And no, this isn’t in Florida

Gator taken to Bronx Zoo for evaluation

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – This is far from the Sunshine State.

Park rangers in New York caught a 4-foot alligator in Brooklyn.

Workers spotted the gator and alerted authorities, who showed up to safely remove it.

They took it to the Bronx Zoo, where it’s being evaluated.
