Power outage affects 10,000 in The Villages No description found
THE VILLAGES, Fla. – A large outage has left thousands of residents in The Villages without power on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Seco Energy, nearly 10,000 customers in the Brownwood area and between County Road 466A and County Road 44A are affected with the power outage.
Officials said crews are working to backfeed wide areas right now and working on repairing the power pole.
The power is estimated to be restored between 7 and 8 p.m., according to the Facebook post.
