The Orlando Police Department said Orengo was a suspect in four cases of lewd and lascivious exhibition and two cases of indecent exposure earlier this year.

The first lewd and lascivious exhibition incident happened Sept. 9 around 4:45 p.m. at Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport, on Augusta National Drive. An 8-year-old victim told her mother that Orengo exposed himself to her while she was at the pool, according to a news release. Police said Orengo was involved in similar incidents that happened on Sept. 21, Oct. 12 and Oct. 21.

In two other cases, police said the women were able to take cellphone photos of Orengo exposing himself to them.

The first incident happened before midnight on Sept. 12 as a woman was working on her computer in the lobby of  the Orlando Airport SpringHill Suites. The victim told police that Orengo first starting talking to her and then exposed himself as he sat in front of her, according to a news release.

Police said Orengo left the lobby when the victim took a photo and notified front desk staff.

On Dec. 16, a woman said she was at the pool at Fairfield Inn when Orengo sat down on a nearby chair and exposed himself to her, police said. The woman notified the front desk staff and Orengo left the area, police said.

Orengo was convicted on a sexual battery charge in Broward County in 1989, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Records list him as a transient in Orange County.

He was arrested this week when he went to the Orange County Sheriff's Office for his requisite sex offender check-in, police said.

The Orlando Police Department said there could be more victims and asks anyone who may have encountered Orengo under similar circumstances to contact investigators.

The Winter Park Police Department, the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the Altamonte Springs Police Department have also listed Orengo as a suspect in similar incidents.
