SpaceX launches Starlink mission from Florida coast

Falcon 9 rocket lifts off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida’s Space Coast on Wednesday afternoon.

According to SpaceX officials, the launch will send 28 Starlink satellites into orbit from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Brevard County at 12:38 p.m..

This was fourth flight for the first-stage booster used in this mission, which was previously used to launch SES O3b mPOWER-E, Crew-10, and Bandwagon-3.
