Falcon 9 rocket takes off from Space Force Station
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX early Thursday launched a rocket from Florida’s Space Coast.
A Falcon 9 rocket lifted off at 5:27 a.m. from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, sending 28 Starlink satellites into orbit.
Several minutes after blast off, the rocket booster landed on a SpaceX drone ship in the Atlantic.
The launch marked the third flight for the first-stage booster used in the mission, which previously launched two other Starlink missions.
