Thief wanted for stealing TVs from Sanford Walmart

SANFORD, Fla. – A thief caught on video stealing two televisions from a Walmart is being sought by the Sanford Police Department.

Police said the robber stole two 32-inch Samsung LED televisions from the Walmart at 1601 Rinehart Rd. on Nov. 12.

Surveillance video shows the man take the two televisions from the electronics department and walked out of the store.

The estimated value of the merchandise stolen is $456, Sanford police said.

Anyone with information about this retail theft is asked to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS (8477). Police said calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous and tips to Crimeline that lead to solving a felony case are eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
