Woman purposely crashes car into ex-boyfriend's house, deputies say

No injuries reported in Orange County crash

ORLOVISTA, Fla. – A woman was arrested on domestic violence charges after she purposely crashed her car into a man's home, according to Orange County sheriff's deputies.

The crash was reported Thursday night on North Observatory Drive near North Powers Drive.

"She crashed into the house because she was jealous he's with somebody else," said Priscilla Ostine, the man's mother.

Ostine said the man and woman had an argument before things got out of control. She also said there was a child inside the home during the crash.

"He was at the table eating and when she crashed into the house, he was pinned, and his mom heard him cry, so she jumped in and ran in there," Ostine said.

No injuries were reported.

"I feel bad for both sides because they're both young," she said.

The name of the driver has not been released.
