According to an arrest affidavit, an Orlando police officer was called to the club because three women were fighting bouncers.

Police said the women had been removed from the club for fighting.

A bouncer said he was trying to stop one of the women from attacking a staff member when she removed her shoe and struck him on the left side of his face and head. The man suffered a deep cut and was bleeding profusely, the affidavit said.

The bouncer pointed to the woman, later identified as Tomilson, and she was arrested, police said.

Tomilson said she struck the man because he was trying to make her leave the club, the affidavit said.

"Due to Tomlinson taking the heel of her shoe and striking Sanderson in the face, knowingly causing permanent disfigurement in the form of a large laceration that will need immediate medical attention and stitches, probable cause exists to charge her with aggravated battery," the affidavit said.

Tomilson was taken to the Orange County Jail.

No other details have been released.
