A Moon Halo Lights Up the Night 🌕
A glowing halo around the moon lit up the sky Tuesday night—an eye-catching sight that had plenty of people looking up and snapping photos.
Spoiler: it wasn’t aliens or anything mysterious. The dazzling ring was caused by millions of tiny ice crystals inside high, thin cirrus clouds drifting over Central Florida.
