ORLANDO, Fla. – Hi Insiders, meteorologist Michelle Morgan here.

Central Florida is bracing for a cold snap we haven’t seen in about 16 years. An Extreme Cold Watch has been issued for much of the region, with dangerous wind chills possibly dropping into the single digits and teens by Sunday morning. Click here for the full forecast.

Say it isn’t snow ...❄️

The coldest air Central Florida has seen since 2010 is expected to move in Saturday evening. Hi guys, meteorologist Jonathan Kegges here. With this rare surge of cold, there’s even a slight chance of snowflakes in Florida.

The National Weather Service has highlighted the Gulf Coast and a small portion of Central Florida’s east coast for a very low probability of wintry precipitation Sunday morning. Any flakes would form differently along each coast due to very dry air. Click here to read more.
