Real estate attorney Justin Clark said getting solar panels is one of the best financial decisions you can make, and for a few reasons: significantly decreased electricity bills, huge tax benefits and the impact it makes on the environment.

However, Stephen Bator, the COO of iQ Power Solar, said he knows, realistically, people are thinking, but what’s the catch? It’s too good to be true.

“Some people have some genuine concerns and there are difficult answers,” he said. “I spent the greater part of my career really focusing on these concerns. At the end of the day, the (answers) are very simple, (and) I designed (a program) to address all of those difficult concerns.
