The Tennessee Titans needed the game of Derrick Henry's career and another big comeback to win their first AFC South title since 2008.

They also needed a lucky bounce.

Replacement kicker Sam Sloman banked a 37-yard field goal off the right upright as time expired Sunday to lift Tennessee past Houston 41-38. The Titans had to win with Indianapolis beating Jacksonville 28-14 or they would have have been a wild-card.

The Titans had to rally after giving up 20 straight points to turn a blowout into a nail-biter. Houston tied it up at 38 with a field goal with 18 seconds left, setting up Tennessee's latest rally for a win.

Henry ran for a career-high 250 yards and became the eighth man to run for at least 2,000 yards in NFL history. He finished the season with 2,027 yards, the fifth-best rushing total in a season.
