Biggest names in racing prepare for the Rolex 24 About 20 race teams hit the track for testing
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – It’s always a great time to talk racing, especially with the historic Rolex 24 just six weeks away.
The biggest names in the race were in Daytona on Tuesday preparing for January’s 24-hour sports car endurance race.

Last year’s winners were Helio Castroneves and Ricky Taylor. Castroneves and Taylor were among the drivers getting laps in while getting reacquainted with their super-fast cars and the Daytona Speedway Course. Two-time Daytona 500 champion Jimmie Johnson tested on the track as well.
