ORLANDO, Fla. – News 6, CBS Orlando, has been named the official local news partner of Orlando City Soccer Club and the Orlando Pride, a new collaboration that will give viewers expanded access to Central Florida’s top professional soccer teams.
Through the partnership, News 6 will provide behind-the-scenes coverage of both clubs, including exclusive programming, match replays, special segments and digital features on ClickOrlando.com. Coverage will also highlight player profiles, community initiatives and in-depth storytelling focused on the teams and their supporters.

As part of the agreement, News 6 is launching “Orlando Soccer Insider,” a weekly 30-minute show hosted by Evan Weston and Miguel Gallardo. The program will focus on Orlando City and the Pride with analysis, interviews and feature stories, airing Saturdays at 11 a.m. on News 6, beginning Feb. 28.
