SeaWorld says hundreds of drones will create sea creatures and ocean waves in the sky while the anthem “Feeling Electric” plays. Then the drones transition into fireflies to frame the fireworks show.
The drone show and the fireworks will take place on select nights throughout the summer.
Nova Sky Stories, a company founded by Kimbal Musk, brother of Elon Musk, is the vendor for the drone show.
Summer Spectacular runs through Sept. 1, with new attractions like the cirque-inspired HydroSurge at the Nautilus Theater, and a new mini-show and character meet-and-greet featuring Baby Shark.
Also, starting June 14, emperor penguins will officially join the Antarctica Realm near Penguin Trek. SeaWorld says the park will be the only place to see emperor penguins in the western hemisphere.
