TAMPA, Fla – A vibrant new adventure realm designed to entertain, educate, and inspire families is now open at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
Park officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday for Wild Oasis. The rainforest-themed area invites guests to explore an immersive world filled with animal habitats, interactive play zones, and thrilling attractions.

“We are thrilled to officially open Wild Oasis to all our guests,” said Brian Bacica, park president of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. “This vibrant, rainforest-inspired realm is filled with incredible animal habitats, immersive attractions, and hands-on play areas designed to entertain, educate, and inspire. It’s an unforgettable adventure for the whole family.”

Wild Oasis features Habitat Hideaway, a new multi-species exhibit where visitors can see capybaras, giant anteaters, squirrel monkeys and tropical birds up close. The Treetop Drop offers a 35-foot drop tower ride with an immersive multimedia experience set in a cenote-themed jungle environment.
For those seeking physical challenges, the Canopy Climb provides four levels of climbing structures, including more than 200 feet of horizontal trails and vertical climbs reaching 45 feet high.
Younger guests can cool off at Enchanted Falls, an interactive splash pad with fountains and spray towers perfect for playful water fun.
The realm also includes a scavenger hunt and TOMA at Orang Café, a quick-service restaurant serving a Latin-American-inspired menu.
