TAMPA, Fla. – Stanley Falls is taking its final plunge after more than 50 years.
According to a post from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay on social media, flumes will make their final descent on Sept. 7, before the park makes way for a future attraction.

As one of the original rides when the park opened in 1973, Stanley Falls Flume has been a beloved attraction for generations of visitors.

Stanley Falls’ farewell comes one year after Scorpion, another longtime Busch Gardens attraction, closed as the park is building another thrill to take its place.
