TAMPA, Fla. – Mardi Gras is back at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, bringing jazz, Cajun flavors, and thrills every weekend from Jan. 24 to March 1.
This year, Busch Gardens is turning up the jazz and the jamboree for the whole family.

Guests can savor over 25 Cajun-inspired dishes, like the crawfish boudin ball and creamy shrimp and grits. There are also handcrafted cocktails and beignets.
