Indians send struggling reliever Karinchak to minors

Karinchak entered the game in the eighth inning with a 3-1 lead, but gave up a walk, a single and a three-run homer to Jonathan Araúz. Karinchak has gone from being one of the most dominant relievers in the AL to the minors in a span of six weeks. Karinchak is 7-4 with a 4.14 ERA and has struggled since Major League Baseball cracked down on pitchers using sticky substances.
