A woman whose rented self-storage unit in Lake County was burglarized says an insurance company is refusing to pay her claim even though police arrested two people for the crime.

The suspects used sledgehammers and other tools to steal an ATM, $3,000 in lottery tickets, $6,000 in tobacco products and a black cash register, police say.
