According to WWL-TV, 46-year-old Bokio Johnson was arrested Thursday in connection with the day-earlier shooting that left Carter dead and his mother critically wounded. Court records indicated that Carter’s family identified the truck in the video as Bokio Johnson’s, the TV station reported. Carter, who had been out on bond, died of a gunshot wound to the head, WWL-TV reported.
