Sanford police are investigating two early-morning shootings Sunday near Historic Goldsboro Boulevard that left one man dead and another seriously injured, and they are asking witnesses to come forward.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help locating Billie Jo Green. She was last seen Feb. 27, 2026, in the area of State Road 450 walking eastbound on Wilson Parrish Road in Umatilla.
