Exuberant Seahawks player came off the sideline during INT, started throwing blocks
The Seahawks made a huge play early in Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders, picking off Derek Carr. When safety Quandre Diggs started returning it, he had an extra blocker off of the sideline. Taylor was on the sideline to start the play and then he got a little too caught up in the excitement. "Sanjit__T" on Twitter drew attention to Taylor joining the play off the sideline, and that clip went viral. Diggs didn't score on the play, the Raiders ended up winning in overtime, so all's well that ends well.

Darrell Taylor, 32, was indicted today by a federal grand jury in Louisville, Kentucky, for using unlawful force against a pretrial detainee while Taylor was an officer at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, U.S. Attorney Michael A. Bennett for the Western District of Kentucky and Special Agent in Charge Jodi Cohen for the FBI Louisville Field Office made the announcement. Today’s indictment charges Taylor with one count of deprivation of rights under color of law. The indictment alleges that Taylor used unreasonable force when he assaulted pretrial detainee B.R., resulting in bodily injury to B.R., including a broken jaw. An indictment is merely an allegation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Boswell's third field goal of the game came three plays after Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt forced Seattle quarterback Geno Smith to fumble deep in Seahawks territory. Smith scrambled to get the Seahawks to the line of scrimmage and appeared to spike the ball with a second left. Steelers: Rookie left tackle Dan Moore Jr. exited in the fourth quarter with a hip injury.
